Steel Brush Type(Road Hard Waste) Remover

  When use normal alloy knife type waste line remover to remove cold plastic line,
road surfaces are often destroyed in different degrees, and some line are remained.
If the hard waster which can not be easy to remove or clean away on the road
surface especially the old road surface such as waste oil, mud, and the semi-loose
sand are not completely cleaned before road-marking construction, the marking
line will quickly fall off as soon as the fall off of the above hard wasted after
construction. Use traditional way to remove the hard waste, not only will increase
the cost of manpower, but also turn out it is hard to ensure the effects.
After construction, there will some unnecessary compensation, remarking because
of the quality of road-marking, result in the economic lost. The TT-QC-II steel
brush waste line remover has completely resolved the above problems.
1. Engine: America Briggs Stratton 6.0HP or Japanese Honda 5.5HP vertical air-cooled
gasoline engine.
2. Removal width: 100-450mm. 3. Removal strength control way: Handle rotating type, and the rotate speed of elimination
grinding is controlled by throttle.
4. Removal grinding head: 12 bundles of close steel brush. 5. Removal cold plastic: First brush some special paint on the old road surface,
wait for a few minutes, then start the machine to remove the hard waster.
