We have special requirement for surface polishing products. The plating factory was established one set standard for all the products electro-plating layer . Besides eroding test, many of the products must be inspected the thickness by X-ray quantometer. Product quality strickly controlled by QC department. We use plastic box to protect a blank die-casting , we can manage all the production processes from mould making ,production processes control to electro-plating processes control. So We can fullly meet customers need on quality and quantity as well as leadtime.
